Philosophy
At Fully Dressed Supper Club, we celebrate the vibrant Creole culture of New Orleans through a dining experience that’s intimate, intentional, and rooted in sustainability. Operating just four days a week, we take inspiration from the land, crafting dishes with fresh vegetables harvested from our very own green space in Houston’s historic Third Ward. By sourcing directly from our expansive garden and embracing what the seasons provide, we honor the environment while showcasing the best of local produce.
We believe in fair pricing that reflects the care behind every dish, the wages that sustain our team, and the thoughtful practices that define our supper club. Here, every meal honors Creole heritage through bold flavors and shared connections.
